
Treatment Fees
Consultation - $50 This is a 15-minute informational session that will allow you to meet the therapist and ask questions you may have before you make your first appointment.
Assessment* - Includes one 90-minute ($300) session and one 60-minute session ($200). Assessment sessions includes the creation of goals and a holistic plan for change/recovery. Please see Services & Important Info for a more detailed description of this service.
Therapy Session - $200 (60-minutes) or $300 (90-minutes). The frequency and duration of treatment will vary depending on need and clinical necessity. The intake and assessment process must be completed to qualify for therapy sessions.
Insurance - Heal Your Zen PLLC does not bill insurance for services. You will be expected to pay the full fee for your treatment sessions 48 hours prior to your session. The full fee for your first appointment must be paid at the time of scheduling to hold your intake and assessment appointments. We accept credit and debit cards including those for Health Savings Accounts (HSA). We can provide a monthly super-bill to you for you to submit for possible reimbursement through out-of-network benefits with your insurance provider (benefits requires diagnosis on the super-bill). Many PPO insurance plans have out-of-network benefits and you may be reimbursed by your health insurance in part or in full. Please contact your insurance plan to check your coverage prior to scheduling to see if these services can be reimbursed.

Payment - As part of the admission process, a payment authorization form will be completed, and your payment information will be kept on file. Payment for services will be automatically charged to your card on file approximately 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All major credit cards accepted for payment including those for Health Savings Accounts.
Cancellation Policy - Less than 48-hour notice of cancellation will be charged $100. Less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will not be refunded. Missed appointments will be charged the full rate for the session.

*Heal Your Zen PLLC providers do not complete paperwork for any legal purposes such as child custody or divorce, disability, personal injury, emotional support animals, FMLA, etc. If you need this type of paperwork completed for any of these reasons, it is more appropriate for you to find a local therapist to see in-person.
